The Inclusive Leadership Programme is a collaborative initiative between BioPharmaChem Skillnet, PDI, and University College Cork’s Adult Continuing Education (ACE) division. Designed as a 3-day modular course spread over six half-day virtual workshops, the programme supports participants in developing a personal and authentic leadership profile. Through reflective practice and coaching, it builds awareness of individual differences, emotional intelligence, and inclusive behaviours to enhance self-leadership and interpersonal effectiveness. Participants also receive three one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to personal and professional development goals.

  • NFQ Level:  Level 8 Micro Credential.
  • Duration:  3 days (delivered over six half-day virtual workshops) plus three coaching sessions.
  • Teaching Mode:  Virtual workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions.
